Price List & How to Pay

●Tokyo Qualiteria, Inc.(TQI) shows a type of customer's travel fee,
　　(1) Consulting fee,
　　(2) Various reservation & arrangement fees such as Airliners tickets
　　　　and Hotel accomodation fees etc,
●Customer shall pay TQI in advance（cash only） in each case.

◆We confirm each travel part one by one.

　　　− SEQUENCE;
　　　#1 TQI presents you the price quote.
　　　#2 You confirm the price, then you pay the fee (cash only).
　　　#3 After confirming your payment, TQI will make arrangement.
　　　#4 And TQI will send you the above travel documents
　　　　　such as airliners etickets and hotel vouchers etc.
　　　　　as PDF files.





【 Consulting Fee 】
　　- includes several advice on travel destination information,
　　　schedule adjustment, creation of itinerary, etc.
　　- The fee depends on the the number of days of stay in Japan
　　　from the date of entry into Japan to the date of departure from Japan.
　　- The travel consulting contract will be deemed concluded
　　　when TQI confirms that the consulting fee has been transferred.

●For group of less than 5-people(including travel alone);
　　- US$490(Less than 8-days)
　　- US$790(8-days or more & less than 16-days)
　　- US$1,190(16-days or more & less than 24-days)
　　- in the case of 24-days or more, please consult with TQI,
　　　TQI will estimate the fee separately.
●For group of 5- or more people, please consult with TQI.
●If you DO NOT order TQI any reservations and arrangements
　such as airliners etickets or hotel vouchers etc.,
　US$590 will be added to the above consulting fees.
●If you decide to cancel the travel during the consultation,
　the consulting fee you already paid will NOT BE REFUNDED.



【 How to Pay 】
　　- Please make a cash transfer within at least 72 hours
　　　to the bank account in Japan designated by TQI.
　　　(The specific bank name, bank account name, etc. will be
　　　 disclosed at the stage when the travel consulting contract
　　　 with the customer is concluded.)
　　- Especially for airliners flight tickets, airliners reqire to pay
　　　within 72 hours.
